April Showers Bring... … The older I get, the more aware I am of the stormy seasons that inevitably come into our lives. When I was younger, I just assumed that someone being rude, throwing a fit or acting irrationally was because they were, well... a jerk. … • 1.5 pounds stew meat … • 1 jar of ranchera salsa … • 32 ounces beef broth … • 1/2 cup of onion … • 1 teaspoon cumin … • 1 teaspoon cinnamon … • 1 teaspoon chili powder … • 2 teaspoons Mexican oregano … • 2 teaspoons crushed red peppers … • 5 bay leaves … • Corn tortillas … • Shredded Cheese …

DIRECTIONS

… • Brown Stew meat in a greased skillet. • Move meat to crock pot. • Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for six hours. • Remove meat and shred. • Dip tortilla in broth (consume) in crock pot and place in a hot greased skillet.
