They provide food for after-school and summer programs, prepare Grab-and-Go meals, and deliver meals to those in need. London and her family began their mission October 15, 2017, at the W.T. Daniels Center in Texarkana, Arkansas. Today, UFAA serves approximately 5,000 meals per month throughout the Texarkana, Nashville and Lewisville, Arkansas communities.
