Bougie Grubs Mississippi Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb frozen or fresh meatballs (beef, pork, or a mix)
  • 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1 packet Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ¼ cup peperoncini juice (from jarred peperoncini)
  • 6-8 peperoncini peppers

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the Sauce—In a mixing bowl, combine the Au Jus Gravy Mix, Dry Ranch Dressing Mix, beef broth, and pepperoncini juice. Whisk until the ingredients are fully dissolved and well combined.
  2. Add the Meatballs—Place the meatballs in the bottom of your Crock Pot.
  3. Pour the Sauce—Pour the prepared sauce mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Add the Peperoncini—Scatter the peperoncini peppers on top of the meatballs.
  5. Cook—Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 3 hours. The meatballs should be heated through, tender, and infused with the delicious flavors of the sauce.
  6. Serve—Once cooked, serve the Mississippi Meatballs as an appetizer or over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles for a hearty meal.
