Bougie Grubs Mississippi Meatballs
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb frozen or fresh meatballs (beef, pork, or a mix)
- 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 1 packet Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- ½ cup beef broth
- ¼ cup peperoncini juice (from jarred peperoncini)
- 6-8 peperoncini peppers
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the Sauce—In a mixing bowl, combine the Au Jus Gravy Mix, Dry Ranch Dressing Mix, beef broth, and pepperoncini juice. Whisk until the ingredients are fully dissolved and well combined.
- Add the Meatballs—Place the meatballs in the bottom of your Crock Pot.
- Pour the Sauce—Pour the prepared sauce mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Add the Peperoncini—Scatter the peperoncini peppers on top of the meatballs.
- Cook—Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 3 hours. The meatballs should be heated through, tender, and infused with the delicious flavors of the sauce.
- Serve—Once cooked, serve the Mississippi Meatballs as an appetizer or over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles for a hearty meal.
