Bougie Grubs Hibachi Bowl
This month's recipe is one of our personal favorites. The hibachi bowl is sure to impress family and friends!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pound chicken breast
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper
Bag of stir fry veggies
1 cup diced zucchini
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut chicken into small pieces and place in a bowl.
2. Mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger paste, garlic, and black pepper. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes in the fridge.
3. Add chicken to skillet on medium heat. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring often. Remove from pan when chicken is done.
4. Add veggies and 1 tsp of soy sauce to the pan. Stir often and cook until the veggies are soft. Add chicken back to the pan and mix together.
5. Enjoy!
