Bougie Grubs Blackberry Balsamic Glaze Wings
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup blackberry preserves, melted
1/2 cup balsamic glaze
Air-fried chicken wings (as many as desired, cooked according to your air fryer's instructions)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the blackberry preserves, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
- Once the preserves are fully melted, add the balsamic glaze to the saucepan. Stir the mixture to combine both ingredients thoroughly.
- Increase the heat to medium and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Allow it to reduce slightly for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. The glaze should thicken just a bit but still be pourable.
- Once the wings are air-fried and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and place them in a large bowl.
- Pour the warm blackberry balsamic glaze over the wings. Toss the wings gently in the bowl to ensure they are fully coated with the glaze.
- Serve the wings immediately, garnished with fresh blackberries or a sprinkle of chopped herbs if desired. Enjoy the sweet and tangy flavor this glaze adds to your crispy wings.
