2022 is the Year!
My resolution for 2022 is to get better at memorizing and reciting Bible verses. I chose this resolution because it might come in handy for conflicts in the future. For example, if someone is in a fight or lost, reciting a Bible verse might help save the day. A Bible verse could also cheer someone up or cheer yourself up.
One way I can work on my resolution is to set a goal that every other day I study at least five verses for ten minutes. If I do this process throughout the year I guarantee I will know more Bible verses than I did before.
Another way I can achieve this goal is to pay more attention in church. That’s something we all need to do. Paying more attention in church will help me understand the meaning of the verses better. Plus hearing them over and over in church will help me remember them.
Getting better at reciting and memorizing Bible verses is my resolution and I know the Lord will help me along the way.

My resolution for 2022 is to eat healthier because I eat a lot of junk food like candy, chips, and fried food. I know I’ll feel better physically and mentally if I eat healthier.
One way I’m going to fix my bad habit is by buying healthier food. I’ve seen salads at Wal-Mart that are made and ready to eat. They even have forks included! I think eating salads is a great choice for lunch at school.
Another way I’m going to achieve my goal is to stop eating fried food! I eat a lot of fried food. My favorite place to go is Raising Cane’s. Their chicken is awesome! I heard they now provide grilled tenders, so I can switch over to that.
Why I want to get rid of this habit is because by not eating healthy I’d end up on the Six HUndred Pound Life reality show. I definitely don’t want that to happen. I want to live my best life.

My resolution this coming year is to listen to my parents better. Let’s all admit…sometimes we don’t listen to our parents. I know it’s definitely something I would like to work on. How many times have you said, “I’ll take out the trash later mom!”
First thing that would help me achieve my resolution is by doing something the first time my parents ask instead of later. In doing so my parents won’t get on to me because I’m listening and doing things for the first time. When I do it the first time my parents ask…I’ll be able to relax.
Another way I can meet my goal is by listening with my ears wide open, so I don’t miss important things I need to hear. It will also help me do things correctly and right.
In conclusion, I can become a better listener to my parents by making sure I form better habits. It’s important to me to keep this resolution and I know it will mean a lot to my parents.
