Hawaiian Dream Cake
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 - 11 ounce can mandarin oranges and juice
- 4 eggs
Combine all ingredients. Beat at medium speed for three minutes. Bake in four layers at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 eight ounce container of whipped cream
- 1 cup frozen coconut
Mix dry pudding with pineapple. Add whipped cream and coconut. Spread between layers of cake and on top. Keep refrigerated.
Note—Beautiful with cherries on top.
