On November 9, 2021, Texarkana College broke ground on the new McCulloch Industrial Technology Center. The McCulloch Industrial Technology Center will be an estimated $1 million facility that will expand existing workforce programs and offer new technical training programs. The center will provide more than 15,000 square feet of new training facilities for TC’s Electrical Technology program and Air Conditioning/Refrigeration (HVAC) program. In addition, the facility will accommodate a state-of-the-art data center to serve as an anchor for expansion of broadband access providing more reliable, high-speed internet throughout our region. This will allow our community have more skilled workers in the region.
