SkinRNs hosted its grand opening on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 3218 Texas Boulevard, Texarkana, TX. Hosted by owners Brandy Early and Holland Meador, guests enjoyed holdovers, drinks, and a peek into the newly renovated location. SkinRNs is a physician-supervised medical spa offering aesthetics, IV hydration, weight loss, and skincare, located at 3218 Texas Boulevard.

Robbins Toyota 2024 Attend and Win Giveaway

Robbins Toyota hosted its second annual "Attend and Win Giveaway" on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. Participating districts were Liberty-Eylau ISD, Pleasant Grove ISD, Texarkana ISD, Texarkana Arkansas School District, and Trinity Christian School. Eighteen seniors had perfect attendance all year and were entered into the drawing. Layla Lane was the lucky winner of the annual Attend and Win Giveaway. Layla drove away with a brand new 2024 Toyota Corolla thanks to Robbins Toyota and her perfect attendance.

Inaugural We Are Washington Gala

We Are Washington, a local non-profit whose mission is to cultivate the youth of our community into motivated and upstanding individuals, hosted its inaugural “We Are One: We Are Washington Gala” on May 9th, 2024, at Crossties Event Venue. The non-profit is housed at Washington Community Development Center, which was the old Booker T. Washington High School, and the building itself has been transformed into a hub for life skill development, sporting events, tutoring, community events, and more. Further, the center is home to a number of other non-profits that are housed there rent-free.
